G-Spot Facts

Prostate, or Male G-Spot
Guys can get in on the G-spot action too, and not just by helping their girlfriends experience G-spot orgasm (though what a noble goal, see this How To for tips). The tissue that forms the urethral sponge, or G-spot, in female anatomy forms the prostate, which you can think of as the male G-spot (or the “P-spot”) in male anatomy. The prostate gland makes prostatic fluid and pumps it into the mix of fluids that flows out through the urethra, most often in tandem with orgasm. Sounds a lot like female ejaculation, doesn’t it?
The most direct route to prostate stimulation is through anal penetration. Just as rhythmic pressure on the front wall of the vagina gets at the G-spot, pressure on the front wall of the rectum gets at the P-spot. Anal play carries an undeserved stigma, but the potential for mind-blowing orgasms is more than worth the work of overcoming your anal reservations. Men who incorporate prostate stimulation into their sex lives report some of the same ecstatic sexual experiences as women who get off on G-spot stimulation.
