Ordering Policies

Your G-Spot Center order will be shipped from Babeland in discreet packaging.

Confidentiality

All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain brown boxes, padded envelopes or FedEx/USPS supplied packaging. The return address refers to us as "Mailorder" and gives our warehouse address. Packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations.

Privacy

We will never sell, rent or give any information about you or your order to any company or individual. If you ever receive any contact from us that you did not request, please e-mail Customer Service with information about the email so that we can make sure you do not receive more unwanted contact.

Security

Our shopping cart software uses Secure Socket Layering for every order. If your browser does not support secure ordering, please e-mail Customer Service for additional options. Your credit card information is considered highly confidential information, and any paperwork with the number not kept for our records will be shredded.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express online and checks and money order by mail. We do not support PayPal payments. Please e-mail Customer Service if you need any help with payment.

We use an address verification service that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. If these addresses do not match, your transaction will be declined. Please keep in mind that if you've moved within the last few years, your credit card company may have your old address on file for this service. We also require the CVV2 number from your card. This number assures that you have physical possession of the card. If you have any question about these issues, please e-mail Customer Service.

Shipping Methods

Most of our shipping is done via UPS. UPS packages go out daily, Monday through Friday. UPS requires a physical street address (not a PO Box). If you want your order sent to a PO Box, we can send your package via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 4-10 days to arrive. Please note that if you choose UPS shipping to a PO Box, we will send your package Priority Mail.

Online orders are processed twice daily, at 8am and 1pm. Next and Second Day Air orders placed by 1pm will be shipped the same day. Other orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (not counting Saturday or Sunday).

You may email Customer Service for specific information about your order.

We offer three levels of UPS domestic service:

Basic Shipping
Basic packages will arrive within 5 days, not including Saturday or Sunday. This is our standard shipping method. (This option is not available for shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.)
2nd Day Air
2nd Day Air packages will be shipped the same day for orders placed before 1pm Pacific Time and the next day for other orders. The package will arrive 2 business days after shipping, not including Saturday or Sunday.
Next Day Air Saver
Next Day Air Saver packages will be shipped the same day for orders placed before 1pm Pacific Time and the next day for other orders. The package will arrive the next business day, not including Saturday or Sunday.
International Shipping
All international orders to countries other than Canada are sent via UPS. UPS requires a physical address and a phone number for every international order. Shipping can take 4 to 10 business days in transit. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid by you at the time of importation. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order.
We are required by customs to describe the contents of the packages we send; for confidentiality reasons, we will use terms such as "plastic toy" and " lotion."
Shipping to Canada
We offer UPS shipping to the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan. Shipping to Canada takes 4-10 business days in transit. If you'd like your order sooner than that, please call us at (800) 658-9119. Orders going to the Northwest and Yukon territories will be sent via UPS.

Tracking Your Order

You should receive a confirmation email that will tell you the scheduled delivery date and tracking number of your package. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please email Customer Service for tracking information.

Our Return Policy

If your item breaks or is defective: All of our products are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. We will gladly send a replacement or issue you a gift certificate or in-house credit for the amount. Just call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning your item.

If you are dissatisfied with an item: Most unopened items that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned for an exchange, gift certificate, or in-house credit within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.

Please note that pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please call us toll-free at (800) 658-9119.

NOTE: Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective.
